Wheels Corporation Payment Policy
At Wheels Corporation, we’ve simplified the process to make your vehicle, machinery, and spare parts purchase as smooth and straightforward as possible. With our pre-order system, you can be assured that we’ll find exactly what you need from trusted Japanese auctions, ensuring quality, transparency, and fast delivery to your location. Follow these steps for an efficient and seamless buying experience:
1. Payment Terms and Deadline
Upon receiving the Proforma Invoice, customers must complete the full payment within 3 business days to confirm the order. Failure to do so may result in order cancellation and loss of vehicle availability.
2. Accepted Payment Method
We only accept payments via Telegraphic Transfer (T.T.), also known as SWIFT payment. All transactions must be made to the designated bank account listed on the Proforma Invoice.
We do not accept credit cards, bank cheques, or any other forms of payment.
3. Payment Currency
Payments must be made in either US Dollars (USD) or Japanese Yen (JPY), as specified in the Proforma Invoice.
Our invoices reflect FOB (Free on Board) Pricing, covering cost up to loading onto the ship. Any additional shipping charges are billed separately.
4. Shipping & Export Fees
All FOB (Free on Board) export fees must be paid before the issuance of the Bill of Lading (B/L) and shipment confirmation to avoid any delays.
5. Reference Information
When making a T.T. payment, it is mandatory to include the Reference Number (such as the Vehicle’s Chassis Number or Invoice Number) in the payment remarks/message section. This ensures proper tracking of your transaction.
6. Bank Account Details & Verification
Payments must be made only to the official bank account listed in the Proforma Invoice.
For security reasons, do not send payments to any other bank account without prior confirmation from our team.
7. Payment Confirmation
After making the payment, customers must send a copy of the bank transfer receipt as proof of payment for verification.
Orders will be processed and shipping arrangements made only after payment confirmation from our bank.
If payment is not received within 3 business days, the order will be canceled, and the vehicle will be made available to other customers.
